Campaign Posters
The face of the campaign is a series of 8 double-sided posters, featuring students from various racial/ethnic backgrounds, representing both heterosexual and same-sex relationships. Each poster focuses on a particular component of dating violence and how friends can intervene when they see a warning sign in their friend’s relationship.
The other side of each poster is a ninth poster that explains in greater depth the hallmarks of healthy relationships, contrasted with relationships in which dating violence is occurring.
The Campaign features two different sets (or series) of posters, each addressing the same “red flags” for dating violence (emotional abuse, isolation, stalking, coercion, jealousy, sexual assault, victim-blaming). Series A posters launched in 2007. Series B posters launched in 2010. Both sets of posters were tested through college student focus groups. When purchasing the campaign, you may select either “Series A” posters or “Series B” posters.
The campaign package contains 20 copies of each design (10 copies of 18"x 24” size, 10 copies of 11” x 17” size), totaling 160 posters. All posters are double-sided, designed with a 1” white bottom margin to include your hotline phone number, contact information, member program, or sponsor logos on one or both sides.
